The BallVault Golf loyalty programme rewards customers with points on qualifying orders and for successful referrals. These terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions — where they conflict, these apply to the programme.
Earning points
- You earn 10 points per £1 spent on the goods subtotal of a paid order (after any discount, excluding delivery and any tax adjustments).
- Points are added to your account once the order is marked as paid.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
Spending points
- 100 points = £1 off a future order.
- Redemption is capped at 50% of the order subtotal, in 100-point increments.
- Points can be combined with a discount code where the checkout allows it.
Referrals
- Share your personal referral code with a friend. When they create an account and place their first paid order of £35 or more, you each receive 250 points (500 points in total per successful referral).
- Referral points are held for 30 days from the qualifying order and released only once the cancellation window has passed.
- Only the friend's first qualifying paid order counts. Points already released will not be reversed unless fraud is discovered.
Fraud and abuse
To keep the programme fair we run automated checks on referrals. Signals we look at include (but are not limited to) self-referral, shared signup IP addresses, matching shipping addresses, matching email addresses, and unusual bursts of referrals from the same account. Referrals that trigger these checks may be held for manual review and can be rejected. We may also withhold, reverse or cancel points and close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.
Under UK GDPR you can ask a human to review any automated decision on a referral that affects you — just email ballvaultgolf@gmail.com.
Discount codes
- WELCOME10 — 10% off your first order. Requires a signed-in account and only works on the account's very first paid order.
- FRIENDS10 / ELLESMERE10 / HICKLETON10 — 10% off, and FAMILY15 — 15% off. One code per order, cannot be stacked with other percentage codes or with Subscribe & Save.
- All codes are for personal, non-commercial use only. We may cancel an order and refund it if we reasonably believe a code is being misused.
Expiry, account closure and changes
- Points expire if your account is inactive for 24 months. We will email you before that happens.
- If you close your account, any unused points are forfeited.
- We may vary the earn rate, redemption rate, referral values, hold periods or end the programme entirely, giving reasonable notice by email or on this page. Points already earned at the old rate will be honoured for a reasonable period.
