We ship every order from our UK warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on working days. If any complications arise, we may take up to 4 working days; in that case we will send your order with next-day delivery on the 4th day at no extra cost.
Options and prices
- Standard delivery — £2.99. Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–4 working days.
- Free UK delivery. Automatically applied to orders over £40.
- Express — £5.99. Royal Mail Tracked 24, next working day (order by 2pm).
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote postcodes may take an extra working day.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If you don't see it within one working day, check your spam folder or email ballvaultgolf@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail asks us to allow 10 working days from dispatch before treating a parcel as lost. If yours hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll investigate and replace or refund as quickly as possible.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a quick photo and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out with the courier.
