We ship every order from our UK warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days — that is our dispatch time (how long we take to pack and post your order), not a guaranteed delivery date. If any complications arise, we may take up to 4 working days; in that case we will send your order with next-day delivery on the 4th day at no extra cost.
Options and prices
- Standard tracked delivery — £2.99. Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2–4 working days.
- Free UK delivery. Automatically applied to orders over £40.
- InPost locker delivery — £1.99. We use InPost lockers to keep delivery costs down. InPost deliver within 4–5 working days from dispatch. A mobile number is required so we can text you the collection code. This charge applies to all locker orders.
- BallVault Plus members get free standard delivery once per billing period — see membership.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote postcodes may take an extra working day.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If you don't see it within one working day, check your spam folder or email ballvaultgolf@gmail.com.
Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail asks us to allow 10 working days from dispatch before treating a parcel as lost. If yours hasn't arrived, get in touch and we'll investigate and replace or refund as quickly as possible.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take a quick photo and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out with the courier.
