This website is operated by BallVault Golf, a UK-based retailer of graded second-life golf balls selling to consumers in the United Kingdom.

Products
All products are pre-owned, professionally cleaned and hand-graded (see our Grading Guide). Because balls are recovered, minor cosmetic variation within each grade is normal and expected — this is described honestly on each grade. Product images are representative; individual balls will vary.
Prices, VAT and stock
- Prices are shown in GBP.
- We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices.
- We take reasonable care with pricing but reserve the right to cancel and refund an order priced in obvious error.
- Stock is limited and updated regularly; we may substitute a comparable item only with your agreement.
Placing an order
A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch it, not when you submit it. Until then we may decline the order — for example if stock is inaccurate or payment fails.
Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, options and pricing. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
As an online buyer you have a 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a right to a remedy for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Full details, timings and how to exercise these rights are on our Returns & Cancellations page. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Accounts, loyalty and referrals
Loyalty points, referral rewards and discount codes (including WELCOME10) are governed by our Loyalty & Referral Terms. We may vary points values, hold periods or the programme itself with reasonable notice, and we may withhold or reverse rewards where fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.
Your use of the site
- Don't misuse the site (no scraping at scale, no attacks, no fraud).
- All site content, branding and copy is owned by BallVault Golf unless credited otherwise.
Liability
We stand behind our products and will always try to make things right. We are not liable for loss of profit or indirect losses arising from the use of the site or products, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Dispute resolution
We hope to resolve any complaint directly — please email ballvaultgolf@gmail.com first. We do not currently take part in any alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme; you may still bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version live on the site at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
